Contingent Bill Maker is an Excel tool for preparing the Contingent bill for different purposes in Grama Panchayat. While opening the file you can see Three sheet viz. Home,Basic data and Contingent Bill.In Home sheet You will get a clear idea about this programme. You just enter the basic datas like Name of the client,prpose amount ,etc.as descibed in the proforma in the Basic data sheet. The columns are self explanatory. After entering all datas . enter the corresponding serial No. and then click on Contingent bill and take the print.
Maximum care has been taken for the accuracy of this programme. Any how the user should satisfy himself for the accuracy and the owner of this software will not responsible for any loss.
