HONARARIUM CALCULATOR Ver.6

                          Honararium calculator is an Excel tool  for calculating the honorarium and sitting fee of  President, Vice President Standing committee chairmen  and  members of the grama Panchayat.Now Govt. enhanced the Sitting Fee  vide GO .09/2018/LSGD dtd. 30-01-2018. In this New version enhanced sitting fee  rates are included . While opening the file you can see Four  sheet viz. Home,Basic data ,Statement and Contingent Bill.In Home sheet You will get a clear idea about this programme. You just enter the basic datas like Name of members, dates of committe , No.of sittings , etc. as described . The columns  are self explanatory. After entering all datas  click on statement . here the statement is ready for print.Click on next sheet Contingent bill and take the print.
                            Maximum care has been taken for the accuracy of statements.  Any how the user should satisfy himself for the accuracy .If any discrepancy is noticed mail immediately  to pradeepenthulika@gmail.com and so we can correct the same in the next version.

    Budget and AFS format have been changed from 2008 as per Kerala Panchayat Raj (Budget) Rules and KERALA PANCHAYAT RAJ (ACCOUNTS) RULES, 2008 respectively. .so please modify it accordingly.
