BIDDER'S E - DOC CREATOR Ver.2

                                Proudly updating the well known Excel tool Bidder's E Doc Creator with the new updations in Bid submission fee and Bid security. Also rectified some mistakes in the previous version and with this new version you can prepare the E documents for uploading in E Tender site.

                            The Standard Bid Document (SBD) being used by Public Works Department for e-tendering of works, approved as per the Government Order read above requires pre-qualification since 6-12-2011, Major policy changes had been taken place in Public Works Department both in technical and financial terms. After the revision of the PWD Manual in 2012, the existing SBDs do not reflect the requirements for Bid Security Bid Submission, tender fee, Security Deposit, Performance Guarantee, Defect Liability Period etc., which attracts the revision of the existing SBDS, in line with the latest changes and procedures so that it suits with the current requirements of the Department. In the circumstances action has been taken to revise the existing SBDS based on the revised PWD Manual 2012 ond other relevant regard rules and guidelines in this regard.

                                  Considering the Importance of New SBD , proudly Presenting a new Excel tool for contractors BIDDER'S E DOC CREATOR incorporating the the forms in Standard Bid Document which is implemented vide GO(P) No. 3/2017/PWD Thiruvananthapuram dtd. 09/08/2017.This new Excel tool  is a simple and powerful tool for preparing the e tender documents for uploading the E tender portal such as  Preliminary agreement, Form of Tender, Fee Details, I Pact Certificate, Affidavit, and E payment Form. 

                             While opening the file you can see Nine  sheets namely Home, Basic Data, Form of Tender, Preliminary agreement, Form of Integrity Pact , Affidavit , E Payment Form , Fee remitted and Note pad . In Home sheet You will get a clear idea about this programme  Enter the Basic details in Basic Data Sheet .All the Columns are self explanatory and no need of explanation for filling the details . After entering the details of work enter the corresponding serial No. at the space provided. open each Sheet. If all are OK , convert the file to pdf format using pdf creator software or any other manner. Save the file and rename it .You can upload this file to the e tender portal. You can take the print of Preliminary agreement directly on the Stamp paper . In the Note pad you can store the frequently used items for copy and paste to the e tender site.

 This version is expanded for other government department also as per the requests and you can use it for any Government Department E-Tendering. I extend my sincere thanks to Anil DJ, Assistant Engineer who suggests so many corrections  in this tool.     Maximum care has been taken for the accuracy of calculations of data.
