DEMAND MADE EASY Ver.2


A  very powerful and user friendly programme in Excel format for preparing the Assessment and Demand Register of Property Tax of  Panchayats  With this we can prepare the Ownership and Residential certificates very easily. Also we can prepare the Arrears demand Register for the next year within half an hour.The prime thing is to enter all the existing datas in the prevailing Assessment Register with the help of a Data entry Operator. A well experienced Data Entry operator can enter 1000 data’s per Day. 
                    While opening the Demand made easy  file you can see 50 sheets namely Home, A1,D1,A2,D2……………,Abstract, Ownership Ward 1-7,Ownership Ward 8-14,Ownership Ward 15-20,and Ownership Ward 21-22. In Home sheet You will get a clear idea about this programme. A1 means assessment Register of ward1 and D1 means Demand Register of Ward 1 and so on. Click the A1 Sheet. This is the form of assessment as per the prevailing Assessment Register of Panchayats. Enter the name of Panchayat  and other Details. When you are trying to enter the details you will be  prompted for a password. This protection is given for the security of the data’s entered in the form. The default password is 18 and you can change it by removing the worksheet protection. The default Worksheet protection password is 99.For this go to Tools menu click on protection then click on allow users to edit ranges and give the new password you want to change.
                               When you enter the annual rent the property tax and Library cess are automatically generated based on a formula that the property tax is 6% of the annual rental Value.(Annual rental value is 90% of the annual rent).If the assessed tax is another value You can directly enter the actual value in the cell. Enter all the details in the columns which are self explanatory      Click on sheet D1. This is the form of Demand as per the prevailing Demand Register of Panchayats  the basic data’s of this register is generated based on the details you entered in A1. You can post the collection amount by entering the receipt No. and date in the appropriate column. While you are trying to enter the details you will be  prompted for a password like in the assessment sheet.. This protection is given for the security of the data’s entered in the form. The default password is 18 and you can change it by removing the worksheet protection as described earlier. The default Worksheet protection password is 99.
                          When you enter the Receipt No. The amount as per demand is copied to collection column and so the posting can be done very easily. The balance column is also generated.
In the same way  enter all the details of each ward. You can enter the details of 22 wards using this programme. After entering all the data’s click on Abstract sheet. Here you will get the DCB statement of each ward with % of  collection. Click on next sheet Ownership Ward 1-7. Here you can prepare the Ownership certificate and residential certificate  in wards 1 to 7 .Only enter the assessment No, Purpose and other details. Selection can be done using dropdown menu. Click on other sheets and here you will get the certificates in wards 8 to 22.  Maximum care has been taken for the accuracy of statements.  Any how the user should satisfy himself for the accuracy .If any discrepancy is noticed mail immediately  to pradeepenthulika@gmail.com and so we can correct the same in the next Version
