KPBR VIOLATION CHECKER Ver.1

                                     Proudly  presenting a new Excel tool KPBR VIOLATION CHECKER Ver.1 especially for the licensees and building owners based on Kerala Panchayat Building Rules 2019. With this you can check whether the Building construction is as per KPBR 2019 or not. So you can submit  an errorless application to the panchayat for Building Permit . In this version all the important rules incorporated including Sanitary requirements ,Weighted average calculation for FSI, Additional FSI Fee Calculation,etc.
                                 KPBR VIOLATION CHECKER  is an amazing excel tool  basically designed for checking the proposed construction is as per the Kerala Panchayat Building Rules 2019. One can use this excel tool like a mobile app.  While opening the excel file  you can see only three work sheets namely Guide lines, KPBR Violation Checker ,and Report.  In Home sheet You will get a clear idea about this programme. Click on Violation checker. Enter the relevant details in the respective columns which are self explanatory. you can enter most of the datas using the dropdown menu.
                               While entering the details keen attention to give correct details .Care should be taken to enter the values in figures only. Never enter any units along with the figures .It will be automatically displayed .All the rules are not included in this programme as it is very difficult for programming in excel. Any how most of the important rules are included and it is very helpful to you . Any how the user should satisfy himself about the correctness of Rules by following the KPBR 2019 with amendments and the developer of this excel tool is not responsible for any violation of Rule by using this tool. This is meant for only a guidance in Kerala Panchayat Building rule 2019.
                        I extend my sincere thanks to the members of Excel Tool Army Whatsap group who suggests so many corrections  in this tool  .Maximum care has been taken for the accuracy at my level best.  All Engineers and licensees are requested to use the tool and compare manually for the accuracy.
