Salary Generator Ver.9

 Salary Generator(Treasury) is an another useful Excel Tool for preparing the Salary details of Govt.Employees who are drawing salary from Treasuries.. While opening the file you can see 10  sheets namely Home,Basic Data, Bill Inner, Bill Outer,SLI,GIS,GPF TR 104,HBA,LIC, and Pay slip . In Home sheet You will get a clear idea about this programme You just enter the basic datas like basic pay, salary deductions, etc. as descibed in the proforma in Basic data sheet. The columns in the basic data sheet are self explanatory. When you are trying to enter the details you will be  prompted for a password. This protection is given for the security of the data’s entered in the form. The default password is 18 and you can change it by removing the worksheet protection. The default Worksheet protection password is 99.For this go to Tools menu click on protection then click on allow users to edit ranges and give the new password you want to change.Click on each sheet and take the prints of statements of various deductions in the approved form.

 Maximum care has been taken for the accuracy of statements.  Any how the user should satisfy himself for the accuracy .If any discrepancy is noticed mail immediately  to pradeepenthulika@gmail.com and so we can correct the same in the next version.  If all are OK, take the print of Salary bill in A3 Size paper and rest are in A4 size paper.
